    We provide estate plans for individuals and families based on their specific needs and goals. A full estate planning portfolio includes: Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney for Finances, Advance Healthcare Directive and HIPAA Waiver, and other supporting documents.

    We also provide personalized Special Needs Trusts to ensure a beneficiary’s lifetime care and protection.

  • Trust Administration

    When a Trust becomes irrevocable, a Successor Trustee must step in to administer the Trust. We provide you with a checklist of your duties and responsibilities and we take a collaborative approach with you regarding which action items you would like us to assist you with.

  • Estate Administration

    When an individual passes away and either has insufficient or no estate planning documents in place, someone may need to step in to administer the deceased individual’s estate. We evaluate the best way to approach the administration and advise you on what steps should be taken to settle the estate.

  • Conservatorship (General and Limited)

    Conservatorship (General and Limited)

    When an individual becomes incapacitated during their lifetime and either has insufficient or no estate planning documents in place, someone may need to step in to handle the incapacitated person’s medical and/or financial affairs through a Conservatorship proceeding in the Probate court. We have experience in assisting clients in establishing Conservatorships for adults who previously had capacity and who later became incapacitated.

    We also assist clients in establishing Conservatorships for adults with developmental disabilities.
